I can change pixels in picture.I've got computer program which can do this. Send to me picture to my mail (bolec10@vp.pl) and i change size picture and send to you finished picture.OK??
aha..without any changes in quality picture

Unfortunately i can't make size of picture bigger, 10kb is max
